A escultura representa uma mão com traços simplificados. Numa referência ao “Elogio da Mão” do historiador francês Henri Focillon, a mão é elemento essencial para a experiência táctil de mundo e da prática das artes.

Boldi, como é conhecido, nasceu em 31 de outubro de 1970 em Budapeste. Em 1995 obteve o diplomata em Artes de Escultura, frequentou a Academia de Finas Artes em Vienna entre 1989-1990 e a Academia de Belas Artes da Hungria, em Budapeste, entre os anos de 1990-1995 onde estudou na Faculdade de Artes de Escultura.
